Hurrah, The FDA are doing their job. The FDA issued a warning against Clarcon products found to contain various types of bacteria. Consumers are cautioned not to use any products from the Utah based firm that include skin protectants and skin sanitizers. The Clarcon products contain disease causing bacteria in high levels.
Wow, this is one big problem.
It is a wonder some of these people can get over such problems. Take Maple Meats in Canada, their product actually caused serious illnesses to some people who ate their products. It was a huge story.
Even though the company had been in business for a lot of years, and had a reputation of cleanest, one of their slicing machines, even though it was checked on a regular basis, way back in the working of the tool, was meat that had been there for years.
My point here is, Maple Leaf Meats are back in business, even though some thought they would never make it again.
The same thoughts arise with the Clarcon Products.
